In order to avoid misconfigured installations with Norman Security Suite and other Norman products, the former is only available for download for the following user groups:

1. Those who have purchased Norman Security Suite or requested a trial version.
   You should already have received the URL for downloading the product if you are in this group. Please contact your local Norman support office if you have lost this information.
   
    
2. Customers who have had their authentication keys converted from an older Norman product to Norman Security Suite.
   Note that this conversion process is on-going. Please contact your local Norman support office if your former product purchase entitles you to get Norman Security Suite, and check the conversion status.

Any other customers should not install Norman Security Suite at this point in time.
