Additional information regarding the demerger of Ibas in 2004: Ibas AS was demerged 20th August 2004 and the net values were in the demerger allocated with 77% to Norman and 23% to Ibas. Holders of 'x' shares in Norman before the demerger would have 'x' shares in Norman and 'x' shares in Ibas after the demerger. The purchase price shareholders had before the demerger should be allocated with 77% to Norman and 23% to Ibas. The RISK amounts should be adjusted correspondingly (77/23).
