IT security company NORMAN ASA strengthens its board of directors. CEO Øystein Moan in Visma ASA and group executive director Carl Espen Wollebekk in Merkantildata ASA have been elected as new board members.

Øystein Moan and Carl Espen Wollebekk were elected as new board members at NORMAN ASA's annual general last Friday 26th May. The company's board of directors will therefore be strengthened by their strategic capabilities which will be particularly important for NORMAN ASA moving forward.

Geared for growth

Since 1999, NORMAN ASA has found itself in a period of consolidation which is now considered to be over. The company's financial situation has, in this period, been transformed from large losses to profits. The company and its board will from now on focus on growth, and to this extent required a board composition including people with extensive expertise and experience from growth companies. Moan and Wollebekk meet both of these requirements and will, through the planning and execution of strategic processes contribute to the achievement of the growth objectives that NORMAN ASA has set itself.
