The data security company Norman ASA announced today that they have renewed their agreement with Den norske Bank, Norways largest commercial bank. DnB will continue to protect its Internet banking customers with Norman Virus Control.
- It is important that there is an easy way of ensuring that your PC will not be attacked by computer viruses. Therefore are we are also this year offering our online customers free access to the anti-virus program, Norman Virus Control, says Jan Juel Vanberg, manager for DnB.no.
For the fourth year in a row DnB has signed an agreement with Norman ASA to give its internet customers Normans Virus Control software for free. The main objective with the anti-virus program is to make sure and available the best possible protection against possible computer viruses, Trojans and other malicious code.
- Online customers are naturally concerned about security. Therefore we want to give our customers the necessary security when using internet generally and internet banking services especially. By making sure the software from Norman is always updated, our customers are well-equipped to meet the diversity of viruses which exist on internet today, says Vanberg.
