The Swedish company AKS Information AB has decided to use solutions from Norman Data Defence for computer virus protection. AKS is Nordic leading distributor of products and services within server based IT-solutions.

The agreement between AKS and Norman Data Defence states that AKS will be selling Norman NVCNet, which is specially designed for virus protection of server based environments. Many companies are forced to invest in several terminal servers due to the heavy capacity needed for efficient virus protection. With Norman NVCNet this will not be necessary. Systems using Citrix or Microsoft terminals can use Norman NVCNet for virus scanning. The scanning can also be performed on separate servers if necessary.
