The Norman Posture Plug-in for Cisco NAC (Cisco System’s Network Admission Control) provides solutions that restrict network access to only compliant and trusted client machines in Cisco NAC networks.

Administrators using Cisco NAC and Norman technology have the ability to set admission control policies that include consideration of the security posture of the client machines attempting to gain access to the network. Machines without updated security software and definition files are denied access, quarantined or sent to a separate network for updating, while machines in compliance with the organizations policies are granted access to the network.
