The only requirements are that the orgaanization has it own mail server and domain The filtration service consists of a server farm that scans for viruses and filtrates spam from in and outgoing emails. The organizations that use Norman Online Protection do not have to think about updating and maintenance of these systems because Norman will take care of all this.

Easy to administrate

As the administrator of your email domain(s) hosted in Norman Online Protection service you are able to configure your domain settings, mailboxes and their aliases, filtering level for antivirus, antispam and file attachments.

Userfriendly status report

Norman Online Protection will based on our administrators settings send you an email with your personal “Quarantine Report" at regular intervals, (typically once a day). You will only receive a Quarantine Report email if you have messages in Quarantine at the time the system generates the reports.
