For diagnostic purposes we may ask you for a copy of your Ad-watch Event-Log saved right after the event (such as a website being blocked) occurs.

To do this you will need to:

  • Open Ad-watch
  • Select the options button on the left hand side
  • Make sure that all of the options are selected under Logging and Maintenance (the boxes will show a green circle with a darker tick on it).
  • Make sure that the Create Event-History option is selected.
  • Open the site you are having issues with, and move to the point at which things do not happen as they should do.
  • The moment the event has occurred select ’View Current Event History’ this will open a file called AWEVLOG.txt
  • Select file and then save as, and save it to a memorable location, then mail it to the support team of your local Norman office.
