You need to run Ad-Aware SE using the command line to skip the conditional scan. Follow these instructions:

• Click ’Start’ -> ’Run’, and type:
  "C:\Program Files\Norman\Norman Ad-Aware SE Professional\Ad-Aware.exe" +procnuke +cskip if you have the Professioinal version or
  "C:\Program Files\Norman\Norman Ad-Aware SE Plus\Ad-Aware.exe" +procnuke +cskip if you have the Plus version.
• Click OK.
• Click Start to begin the scan.
• When the scan has completed, click Next. In the Scanning Results window, select the Scan Summary tab.
• Check the box next to each ’Target family’, click Next, then OK to confirm removal.

Future scans should now work OK.
