After upgrading to NIC v5.8 I am no longer able to access files in the quarantine. Where are they, and how can I get access to them?

Files that have been quarantined by earlier NIC 5.x versions will still reside within the ...\Norman\Nvc\Quarantine folder.

However, you need to download and install a special tool to be able to restore them. When QTN570plugin is installed, you will find a separate icon for files that are quarantined by earlier NIC 5 versions in the Utilities module.
