Problem

When I access License information from the Norman tray icon, the license expiry date shows that my license is already expired or will expire very soon. This is not correct, as my license should be valid longer that what the expiry date claims.

Solution

Delete the file \Norman\download\norman.ndf.

If this does not solve the problem, please submit your license key together with a problem description to your local Norman support department.
