In this FAQ we have tried to collect some questions (and their respective answers) which are often asked to Norman's support staff. We have tried to group the questions in some main categories as seen below. Hopefully this will be of help to the users of NIC. Note in particular that Norman Internet Control consists of the two products Norman Virus Control and Norman Personal Firewall. Each of these products have its own FAQ (see links below). How can I run a safe simulation of downloading and executing a virus, and confirm Norman's antivirus product is performing as expected?
