The cause of this error is probably a mixed version installations of NVC/NIC. Such inconsistency may for example occur if an upgrade fails.

We recommend that you reinstall the program according to the descriptions on the links below when this error occur

If you get this error message when running NDesk, SelfXWiz or NIUcf in a network the cause of the problem may be that you are running an outdated versions of Norman Administration Tools.

1. Download patch installer

1.a. For stand-alone installation of NVCs select patch according to the language version of your installation

1.b. For networks where several different language versions of NVC are installed, install our multiple language patch

2. Download and install Zanfix4 locally on the computer(s) where the problem occured
