Problem

I have a Compaq/HP computer, and during installation of Norman Virus Control/Norman Internet Control I encounter an error-message in the lines of:
- Error opening file C:\Norman\Config\config.ndf - Error 0X5
- Access Denied
- Cannot start Agent/Zanda

Solution

During installation, specify  "C:\Program Files\Norman" (or your local equivalent) as destination folder instead of the suggested "C:\Norman"
