My Norman Internet/Virus Control tells me the computer needs a reboot, but when I reboot, the message just reappears.

Solution

Run the file c: \norman\nvc\bin\delnvc5.exe
Choose Repair | Next | Finish
Wait at least 5 minutes
Reboot your computer
