You need to configure NVC to automatically update itself. 

  1. Right click the tray icon, choose Configuration Editor 
  2. Choose Install and Update products | Internet 
    • If you are using dialup connection (analog phone line or ISDN), select “Daily on dial-up" 
    • If you have a direct connection (broadband), select “On direct connection at specified times". 
  3. Save and Close
