To upgrade your Norman Personal Firewall to the latest version, please follow these steps:

1. Choose Start|Control Panel|Add/Remove programs 
2. Locate Norman Personal Firewall, click the Change/Remove button. 
3. Choose Remove|Next 
4. After NPF has been unistalled, reboot your PC. 
5. Download and install the latest version from this link (username and password has been sent to you in a e-mail. If you have not received it, please contact your Norman office). 
6. When you are prompted whether to import old firewall rules or not, answer Yes.
