First of all, it is imperative to choose between one of the two alternatives, as two firewalls running simultanously is not recommended. The new Windows Firewall is a huge improvement compared to the old one. However, it still lacks some of the more advanced features of Norman Personal Firewall. Our recommendation is to deactivate the Windows Firewall and continue using NPF.
