Unexpected reboot/bluescreen on Norman Netprotector 3000 appliance

We have received some customer reports regarding unexpected Norman NetProtector 3000 installation bluescreens in high load situations. The cause of this issue may be a problem in an LCD driver in the installation. Therefore we highly recommend that you download and install Lcdupdate425.exe  to avoid the problem.

The updates should only be applied on Norman NetProtector 3000 installations (not stand-alone Norman Email Protection installations).
