Problem

I am using Elogger (a Norman diagnostic and logging tool) to monitor my NVC 5.8 network installation. According to Elogger, Zanda can not find the file norman.ndf. The elogger output looks like this: "Zanda.exe NupdGetFile: Cannot find C:\Norman\Distrib\Download\norman.ndf"
Does this indicate that something is wrong with my installation?

Solution

This does not indicate that something is wrong. Norman.ndf will be introduced later as a part of our new license system. For now, you can safley ignore messages related to this file in Elogger.
