After upgrading distributed clients from version 5.82 to 5.90, you might see the following error-message the next time you log on:

In some cases this message will be followed by a reboot request from Norman Program Manager.

This occurs when using a SelfxWix-package (nvc5w32.exe) created with NVC version 5.82 or older in the logon-script. These files are unfortunately not compatible with version 5.90, as described in the Release Notes (accessible from the tray icon).

Solution

1. Update the Nvc5w32 Selfxwiz distribution package using the latest Administration Tools. Create the package on the distribution server or a client installation that is running NVC V5.90. 
2. Double-check that the file and location referenced to in the login-script are up to pair with the package created in 1 above. 
3. Do some random checks on a few of the affected clients to see it the issue is resolved with the next reboot.
