If you have a program or document which you suspect to be infected by a virus or other malicious program which is not detected by antivirus programs, or reported as UNKNOWN/GENERIC, you may send it to Norman Sandbox Information Center for analysis.

Before you submit a suspicious file be sure that you have checked this file with an updated Norman antivirus product. The most recent virus detection files for our own antivirus products, are downloaded to your computer when you run the Internet Update module, which is part of the program.

When the submitted file is analyzed by Norman Sandbox, you will get the results in an email to the email address that you supply.
