It is currently not possible to connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to computers where Norman Personal Firewall 10 is installed and active. This is an issue introduced in Norman Security Suite 10. It works fine in Norman Security Suite 9.
The only viable workaround for now is to temporarily deactivate the Personal Firewall when using RDP. This can be done easily from Settings|Personal firewall.
We are currenly investigating this issue and hope to release a fix shortly.
