Norman Email Protection Appliance is a hardened, preconfigured appliance server with Norman Email Protection software preinstalled.
The software installed is the same as for Norman Email Protection, and the download links above are applicable for both solutions.

If you are planning to upgrade to a newer version of NEP on a different server, and want to move the configuration and quarantine from the old server, begin by installing the old version on the new server. When this is done, and the new server (with the old version of Norman Email Protection) is up and running, upgrade to the new version. Do NOT restore the configuration from an older version to a newer version, as this will cause incompatibility issues with the services.
