The web based quarantine report in NEP is not compatible with Internet Explorer 11.
This is a known issue that will probably be solved in an upcoming version of Norman Email Protection. However, it can be worked around following these instructions:
- Make sure that the server has ALL Windows updates relating to Framework 4.0
- Open the Web\Quarantine\webroot\custom.config file in a text editor.
- Make sure that the "AllowUnSupportedBrowser" is set to true (
- If the line is not there, then simply add it. Save the file.
- Stop and restart the Quarantine service and do a IISReset
