Not possible to use ping or tracert when Norman Personal Firewall is active

When the Norman Personal Firewall in Norman Security Suite 9.x/10.x  is active it is not possible to contact/query other computers using ping or the tracert utilities.

Solución del problema

The problem is currently being investigated. Currently the only workaround is to temporarily deactivate  the Norman Personal Firewall prior to using these commands. This can be done from the Norman tray icon.
