  <description><![CDATA[<p>This issue can present in variety of different ways, but the result is that the &ldquo;Rules&rdquo; page in the NEP console is empty, no new Sieve scripts can be added to the system and users get an error message when they attempting to access their &ldquo;Blocked Senders&rdquo;/&rdquo;Trusted Senders&rdquo; settings in Quarantine.</p>

  <title><![CDATA[Spotify does not work when Norman Personal Firewall is active]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[<p>After installation of or upgrade to Norman Personal Firewall version 9, some users have reported an issue where it's not possible to logon to Spotify. In some of these cases the process npfsvc32.exe is using more than 90% cpu.</p><p>Note! This problem has only been observed on computers running the combination of Windows XP, Spotify and Norman Personal Firewall version 9. Users running other operating systems or Norman Security Suite 8 will not be affected.</p>]]></description>

<h4>Symptom</h4>

    <li>Windows 2008 R2 SP1 and .NET Framework 4.0 have been installed on the Norman Patch &amp; Remediation 7.0 Server.</li>
    <li>All patch deployments fail with 190D errors.</li>
    <li>IIS logs indicate 404.17 errors for any GET requests for patch deployment content.</li>
    <li>Manual attempts to download patch binaries via web browser display a 404 NOT FOUND error.<br />&nbsp;</li></ul><h4>Issue&hellip;</h4>]]></description>
