After running registry cleaning several HP utilities stop working. During PC startup the user is prompted to insert an installation disk for the affected utilities. We have gotten reports of this issue with the following HP utilities:
HP DocumentViewer
HP PhotoSmart Express
HP Photosmart Premier
The problem might affect other HP utilities as well.
We are currently investigating the issue and aim to release an update soon that will fix it. Until a fix is available, please use one of the following workarounds:
