We are not able to find your installation key. Please follow these steps to add the installation key to your product and renew.
Solution
1. Open Norman Security Suite application from the Start Menu of your PC or by double-clicking the Norman icon (N) in your desktop tray.
2. Go to Settings|License. Click on "Update license" button
3. Follow the instructions within the License Wizard
