When running a manual or scheduled scan, the scanner crashes with the following error message:
"Nvcod.exe encountered a problem and needs to close"
The crash will happen after the scan has completed, so this is not a critical issue. We are working on a solution, and a fix will be released through Internet Update soon.
For now, the problem can be worked around by going into Settings and turn off "Help improve product"
Update 23/10/13: A fix that should solve this problem has been released through Internet Update. If you are still experiencing this issue, please report it to your local Norman support department.
