Norman SecureBox troubleshooting

If you have a problem with Norman SecureBox, we will usually need some log files located on your PC to help troubleshooting the issue.

Soluzione del problema

Below is where you can find the log files on your PC.

Windows 7 or Window Vista 

C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Local\Norman SecureBox\Logs
Copy the log.txt, log.txt1.txt and unison log files and send them to your local Norman support department.
 

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\*yourusername*\local setting\Application data\Norman SecureBox\Logs

Copy the log.txt, log.txt1.txt and unison log files and send them to your local Norman support department.

 

Note: we prefer that you send the complete log folder as a ZIP or RAR file.

Note 2: If you cannot see the AppData or Local Settings folder then you need to change your folder settings:

Press the start button and search for "Folder Options"
Check the "show files and folders" checkbox
