SecureBox ('SB') is up and running, the service and data are available but the systems are experiencing a high load at the moment.

Because of missing index files when SB was brought up on a temporary platform, the systems are experiencing a higher load than normal due to recreation of these indexes.

 

We will tune the systems as good as we can to get the load down. This will unfortunatly also mean there will be less syncing going on at moment. The Clients will see this as 'Not In Sync' in the dashboard client and the Activity Log will show "error fetching sync data, sync not allowed (load to high)".

After the restoration of the service, some customers have reported that they have issues with syncing of vaults.

If you experience issues, please contact your local support team for further investigation of the problem.

SecureBox is brought back online on new storage backend.

A vault index will be re-generated on first sync, and this will take time, and generate a high load on the backend servers which may cause the user experience to be slower than usual.

Because of back-end issues, we had to shut down storage access from the SecureBox frontend applications at 21:45 CET, Friday September 12.

We need to do a controlled upgrade of hardware resources on
the storage nodes of the securebox platform. This will need to
be done today between the hours 16 and 20.

As a safety precaution for data integrity services will not
be available during maintenance.
