Kernel mode crash
For an antivirus program to provide sufficient protection against the increasing amount of viruses, worms, trojans and other malware, it is imperative that it is updated regularly, preferably several times every week.
We have detected a crash in one of our old file system drivers (nvcoaft5.sys) on your computer. This indicates that you are currently running a severely outdated version of Norman Virus Control or Norman Internet Control.
To prevent this problem from reoccurring, and to assure that your computer is well protected against viruses, you should remove your current version of Norman Virus Control/Norman Internet Control and install the latest version. Instructions on how to remove your current version are available here. The latest version can be downloaded here.
If you do no longer have a valid license you are welcome to buy a new license from our webshop.
