Problem description

No license key found.

We are not able to find your installation key. Please follow these steps to add the installation key to your product and renew.

Problem solution

  1. Open Norman Security Suite application from the Start Menu of your PC or by right-clicking the Norman icon (N) in your desktop tray.
  2. Select Norman Security Suite.
  3. Choose "Install and Update" in the left menu.
  4. Then click on "License Wizard" to see your authentication key information.
  5. Follow the instructions within the License Wizard
