Problem description
When the Automatic Scanner (On-Access scanner) is active you might experience various performance problems
Known problems include:
- Sharing violation when saving files to server shares
- Delay when saving files to server shares
- Delay when starting local applications
- Delay when opening files
Problem solution
Download and install this patch on affected systems.
Note well! This patch should only be installed on PCs running Norman Security Suite. It should not be installed on PCs running Norman Endpoint Protection or Norman Endpoint Manager.
