Problem description

After upgrading to Norman Endpoint Protection 8.1, Zanda.exe uses 100% CPU on Terminal-servers

Problem solution

In 8.10 zlh.exe (Norman-icon in tray) is shown for all users on a Terminal-server, after a while with many users logged in we have discovered that Zanda.exe sometimes shows high CPU usage.

The solution is either to download the patch below or add "zlh -unload" in a logon script so that Zlh.exe is not loaded and the problem will not appear.

The patch installs a new zlh.exe which will only load itself if the user is an Domain Administrator or logging on using local console.

NB! The patch requires a reboot.
