Problem description
Norman Parental Contol uses advanced technology to determine if a webpage contains unwanted content or not. You might however experience that the program fails to block pages it should have blocked (false negatives), or that it blocks pages that it should not have blocked (false positives).
Problem solution
Norman needs information about false positives and false negatives to be able to adjust and improve our parental control technology. Please submit the link/url in question to one of the following e-mail addresses:
