Problembeschreibung

NIP is mainly a product for protection of clients.

We therefore recommend uninstalling NIP on servers and mail gateways to ensure stability and increase performance.

Problemlösung

Follow this procedure:

  1. Open Configuration Editor 
  2. Go to the Component module in the Norman Virus Control configuration bracnch 
  3. Select the tab Start and unselect Internet protection 
  4. Move on to the tab Install and unselect Internet protection 
  5. Save
