Problem description
NIP is mainly a product for protection of clients.
We therefore recommend uninstalling NIP on servers and mail gateways to ensure stability and increase performance.
Problem solution
Follow this procedure:
- Open Configuration Editor
- Go to the Component module in the Norman Virus Control configuration bracnch
- Select the tab Start and unselect Internet protection
- Move on to the tab Install and unselect Internet protection
- Save
