Problem description

When trying to reinstall Norman's antivirus software I get the following message:

This system is scheduled for a restart. Please shut down all applications and restart the system before running setup again.

Problem solution

After uninstalling Norman's antivirus software, you must restart the computer before reinstalling. This is to ensure the previous installation will be completely removed, as several files may be scheduled to be deleted in the next boot.

If you have already restarted the computer and still get this error message, you should look for the file NVC5.txt in the Windows directory. Delete this file and run setup again.
