Problem description
Which archive formats are supported by Norman's antivirus software.
Problem solution
Norman's antivirus products detect and remove malware from most archive types.
If an infected file is detected within an archive, Norman's antivirus product will try to repair it. This means that the file in question may be cleaned or deleted from the archive. The original archive will be quarantined according to the quarantine option(s) you have specified in the configuration for the Quarantine product.
Below is a detailed list over supported archive formats and what Norman's products are able to do with each format:
