Problem description
Nothing happens when I left-click the ‘N’ tray icon. Is something wrong?
Problem solution
Right-click the ‘N’ icon to access the tray menu for Norman’s software. Right-clicking is the standard for opening programs from icons in the tray menu.
When Norman Program Manager is updating the installation, a cog is displayed on the tray menu icon. As long as the cog is displayed the tray menu is inaccessible. After a few minutes the cog should disappear and the tray menu should be accessible through right-click again.
