Problembeschreibung

In some situations it might be needed to restore the appliance to factory default.

Problemlösung

  1. Power off the appliance.
  2. Disconnect all network cables
  3. Power on the appliance and listen. The appliance will beep once, and then a second time after a short while.
  4. Right after the second beep, turn the front wheel counterclockwise for approximately five seconds.
  5. The LED-display will show you the system restore menu after a short time. You can navigate the menu by turning the front wheel and pushing it to select.
  6. Choose Restore System in the menu and confirm that you wish to restore the system.
  7. The system will now restore the factory image. This will take approximately 30 minutes and will involve a reboot. No interaction is needed, the appliance will shut down when the restore is finished.
