When you push install from Endpoint Manager console (NEM) to a client in your network the client may not show Norman tray icon. Alternatively the tray icon may have problems showing its menu correctly.
To solve this issue please restart the client machine.
This should have no impact on whether the client is managed or not - it is just an issue connected to the user context in which push installation is started.
