Problem description

You have created a new realm, but you are unable to log on.

Problem solution

There are three possible solutions if this problem arises:

  1. Access the Endpoint Manager from the Start menu, i.e. Start > Programs > Norman Endpoint Protection > Norman Endpoint Manager.
  2. Access the Endpoint Manger with another browser than Internet Explorer, for example Mozilla Firefox, using the address: http://localhost:2868/noc/index.phtml
  3. Restart your computer and try again.
