After installing and/or updating Norman Endpoint Protection (NPro) on a server that is also running Norman Email Protection (NEP), all emails are sent to the NEP quarantine.
We have identified a problem in our decompression library (ncl.dll) causing this issue.
A fix for this was released on the download servers 2 December 2009.
