Problem description

My Virus scanner is stopping/crashing mid way through a scan. What can I do to resolve this?

There can be multiple causes to these errors. In the majority of cases you will need to submit a verbose scan log to Norman technical support. This will allow them to see exactly where the error is occurring and what the scanner is doing.
