The error message:
The scanner engine is not up to date
persists even if the Norman application is updated.
This problem often occurs if the date on the computer is wrong. Check your computer's date and, if wrong, adjust it to the correct date. In most cases, this will fix the problem.
Also, make sure that you have in fact updated your application (right-click on the Norman-icon at the bottom right of the screen and select "Check for updates"or "Internet update").
